Counselling is a talk-basis therapy that helps people form self-understanding and create problem solving techniques to help them within their life.
It is very easy for people to feel uncomfortable about talking about their problems and scared of judgement from those closest to them Counselling gives the opportunity to talk about problems in a safe and confidential space.

Counselling can help with a wide range of social and mental health problems, such as the death of a loved one, work or school stresses, financial stress, addiction, mental illnesses, trauma etc.
