Community Closet
We provide free pre-loved clothing to children, women, and men in need. We believe clothing can open the door to a better future by providing the confidence needed to ace a job interview, project a healthy self-image in a social situation, or stay safe from unpleasant weather.
If you know anyone who may be in need, please refer them to our Community Closet.
Call Priscilla on 49 579 425 or drop by YuwiYumba Cultural Hub on 9 River Street, Monday to Friday between 8am to 2pm.
We are closed from the 22 December 2025 for the Christmas break and we will reopen 5 January 2026. For any emergencies please refer to the Mackay Base Hospital.
