Our compassionate SEWBU team are committed to providing culturally appropriate and confidential support to our community, ranging from social help to mental health support.

There are many things that can impact on your social or mental health, from everyday stresses, major life events, mental illness and addiction.

We have an extensive list of services, from suicide prevention, AODS, counselling, workshops, groups, and many more.
