This practice and your GP are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal health information. Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of your personal helath information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to you, an authorised member of staff or your GP.
Feedback and Complaints
ATSICHS Mackay LTD is committed to creating and maintaining a sustainable, high-quality care environment in which patients and their carers are encouraged and enabled to provide feedback about the service provision. We believe patient feedback (advice, compliments, complaints and suggestions) provides an opportunity to observe the quality of health care from the perspective of patients and their carers.
